About the role
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You’ll enable our global sales team to thrive by delivering world-class training that drives confidence, consistency, and performance. Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new sales hires across BDR, Sales, and Account Manager roles—ensuring fast ramp-up and early success.
- Create and lead ongoing training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge, buyer personas, competitive positioning, and GTM plays.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using sales performance metrics, feedback loops, and knowledge assessments.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to keep training content aligned with go-to-market strategy, messaging, and evolving needs.
- Continuously improve the sales playbook and training resources, using insights from call recordings, deal reviews, and rep feedback.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Has 3+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or frontline sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Has a deep understanding of the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closing.
- Brings hands-on experience designing and delivering training (live, async, or LMS-based) across global teams.
- Is confident using tools like HubSpot, Gong, Confluence, and Google Slides to build and deliver learning experiences.
- Is an excellent facilitator with a coaching mindset—excited to help others grow and succeed.

While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have;
- Familiarity with enablement certification programs and training frameworks like SPICED or Challenger
- Exposure to driving an outbound motion
- Ability to edit and produce short-form training videos (Loom, Vidyard, or similar)
