Hiring at TestGorilla

While all roles at TestGorilla are remote, certain positions may have specific eligibility requirements tied to location or time zone. This will be clearly indicated in our job descriptions, and our Talent Acquisition team can clarify any location-related questions throughout your recruitment process.

Managing operations in a large number of countries, some with intricate legal and regulatory landscapes, means we continually assess our global hiring options. Depending on their country of residence, people join our team as a direct employee of TestGorilla, as an employee via an Employer of Record (EoR), or as a contractor. Hiring at EoR countries is limited to the specific roles for which this option is explicitly stated in the job posting.

As we scale the TestGorilla team, we will continue to evolve the parameters of our blended team model.
